Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges

What is the return policy on Shaily Retail?

All our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. The refund and exchange policy is eligible on all your orders. We will check your returned products and refund you within 7 working days of your order. International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

You may write us and mail at support@shaily.co with your order number and couple of pictures of defected products. Please note the products which are unwashed, unused, unworn and undamaged and with all tags and labels, and in original packaging will get exchanged.


How are returns processed?

We have 2 return service policy:
    1. Shaily Return Services
    2. Self-Return Services

Shaily Return Services:-Once you request to return a product via call or email, a pick up is arranged for the product. Our courier partner will come and pick up the product within 7 working days after your return request has been received. The item is brought back to the warehouse and checked by our quality control department. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Self-Return Services:-We also provide self-return courier service – where you can return our product choosing your own courier service provider within 7 days from the date of delivery date. And we refund you the courier charge back to your bank account.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order. Please write us mail at support@shaily.co to request a cancellation on the website.

Note that Shaily retail reserves the right to cancel the order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may confirm before shipping the product to the customer that include verbal or written confirmation from the customer.


How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the mentioned bank account/credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For cash on delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.


How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will refund you within 7 working days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received at our warehouse and checked thoroughly. The entire process may take time up to 2 weeks once it has been picked up.


Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.


My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product is not right fit for you, and you want a new size, please request for the size exchange with the customer service team.


International Shipping and Returns

Which countries does Shaily Retail ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping.


What are the international shipping cost and duties?

For international orders shipping cost is free. Kindly note that custom duties and taxes charges at the time of delivery if any, shall be paid by the customer


Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

You can cancel order within the 24 hours of order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To cancel your order, please write us email at support@shaily.co.


How long will it take for my order to reach?

International orders will be shipped within the 10-12 working days to reach you.


What payment methods does Shaily Retail allow for international order?

We use PAYPAL as well as CCAvenue as our payment gateways; you can use all international credit cards to make payment for your international orders.
